Dialogic® 2000 Media Gateway Series (DMG2000 Gateways) Service Update 5

Service Update 5 (SU5) for the Dialogic® 2000 Media Gateway Series (DMG2000 Gateways)
will be available for download on or before March 12, 2010. Features of SU5 include:

· SIP-to-SIP media transcoding

· Simultaneous support of multiple codecs

· TDM-to-TDM clear channel call support

SKU Reductions planned on Dialogic® Product Lines

In an effort to simplify our product offerings and to make ordering easier for our customers,
Dialogic will be reducing the number of commercial SKUs within the following product lines:

· Dialogic® Diva® Media Boards and Software Products

· Dialogic® DM3 Media Boards and Software Products

· Dialogic® JCT Media Boards and Software Products

· Dialogic® HMP Interface Boards (DNI Boards)

· Dialogic® CG Media Boards and Software Products

· Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Products

This reduction will be accomplished by:

1) Eliminating redundant SKUs

2) Eliminating slow moving SKUs that have alternative product options

3) Replacing license bundles with single software licenses, which can be ordered in any density

4) Consolidating country-specific SKUs to one SKU (combining various country approval labels onto one product).
