Additional Requirements
| Partner will provide warranty support to customers. |
| Maintain sales and service records. |
| Promptly report to Polycom all suspected product defects or safety problems and keep Polycom informed of all customer issues. |
- Polycom reserves the right to change these requirements at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
- Reseller acknowledges and agrees that Polycom may de-certify Reseller at any time for any reason.
- Certification must be renewed annually.
