DOA Policy:
If the product is DOA, the reseller has thirty days from the date of invoice to return to ScanSource Communications. Once the reseller contacts ScanSource Communications for a return authorization number, ScanSource Communications will then issue a replacement unit to ship out to reseller’s designated location.
Warranty:
Manufacture warranty one year from date of ScanSource Communications invoice to the reseller.
