Additional Requirements

  • Partner to represent Polycom as their “preferred” Brand.
  • Partner to lead with Polycom technologies when customer requirements dictate a conferencing solution.
  • Revenue growth as a percentage of Partner's overall audio/video conferencing business revenue.
  • Quarterly Marketing requirements.
  • (North America Specific) Effective January 1, 2006, Platinum partners must be Certified Service Providers (CSP) or resell Polycom Branded service maintenance support at the min. level of (i) 90% for NSD products, (ii) 50% for Video products.
  • (North America Specific) Partners who have completed the Certified Service Partner (CSP) certification on or before January 1, 2006 will be authorized to provide the level of service maintenance support outlines within the CSP Agreement.
  • Partner will provide warranty support to customers.
  • Maintain sales and service records.
  • Promptly report to Polycom all suspected product defects or safety problems and keep Polycom informed of all customer issues.
    • Polycom reserves the right to change these requirements at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
    • Reseller acknowledges and agrees that Polycom may de-certify Reseller at any time for any reason.
    • Polycom also reserves the right to make final approval of Platinum and Gold Partner status.
    • Certification must be renewed annually.
