Fundamentals of Telephony Systems (31:31)
In this module, we will expand on the concepts learned in Telephony 101. We will review the various types of terminations and media used in the industry. We will examine the basic types of systems being used today. We will also learn, in simple terms, the differences between Digital and Analog circuit cards. Then we will briefly review the features found in most phone systems and discuss how CTI differs from Legacy systems. Finally, we will take a look at future trends.
