EdgeView enables service providers and enterprise customers to easily scale their VoIP services through the central management and monitoring of Edgewater Networks’ EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges. Key functions include:

Provisioning – automatically push configurations and updates to EdgeMarc devices, for quicker turn-ups.
Monitoring – Collect rich data on each call, both on the LAN and as it enters the WAN. Enable proactive alerts based on user defined criteria, to solve issues before they escalate.
Troubleshooting – EdgeView allows remote access to IP endpoints (including EdgeMarcs, IP phones, routers) for diagnostics. EdgeView stores records on each call, and enables functions such as packet capture for enhanced analysis.
Reporting – create reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of your network over time.
