ScanSource now offers Total Coverage for Ribbon customers

ScanSource is now offering Level 1 and Level 2 support for customers who have purchased any Total Coverage RibbonCare Maintenance contract since 11/1/15 through ScanSource. We are excited to be able to offer this Total Coverage for Ribbon program for our value-added sales partners and their end-user customers. This is another way that ScanSource adds value for its resellers.

 Details are outlined in the "Learn More" button above, but highlights of the program are:

  • ScanSource Ribbon-certified technicians will offer support on the entire Ribbon product portfolio.
  • ScanSource will provide 24/7/365 support to customers who have purchased Total Coverage RibbonCare Maintenance program contracts through ScanSource Communications and whose resellers are not accredited.
    • Ribbon will continue to provide support for customers who purchased RibbonCare Maintenance program contracts prior to 11/1/2015.
    • Resellers who are currently accredited partners with Ribbon will continue to support their end users with Level 1/Level 2 support.
  • ScanSource technicians will provide Advanced Replacement as outlined in the customer's Total Coverage RibbonCare Maintenance contract.
  • End users who have purchased one of the following levels of Total Coverage RibbonCare Maintenance programs from ScanSource as of 11/1/2015 are eligible, along with resellers on behalf of their qualified end users:
    • Premium
    • Enhanced
    • Standard
    • Software only
